How do you ensure the freshness of your botanical ingredients?
All our bitters, garnishes, and syrups are sourced in small batches and stored in temperature-controlled environments to ensure maximum potency and flavor profile upon arrival.
What is your shipping policy for fragile glassware?
We use double-walled reinforced packaging and eco-friendly protective padding for all barware. If any item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours for a full replacement.
Do you offer international shipping for syrups and mixers?
Currently, we ship our non-perishable bar tools worldwide, but liquid mixers and syrups are restricted to domestic shipping due to customs regulations on food products.
Are your cocktail syrups organic and allergen-free?
Many of our syrups are organic and vegan-friendly. Detailed ingredient lists and allergen warnings are provided on each product page; however, our facility does process nuts.
Can I return a cocktail kit if I change my mind?
Unopened bar tools and accessories can be returned within 30 days. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any food-based items like bitters, salts, or syrups.
Do you provide recipes with your mixology sets?
Yes, every curated kit includes a digital recipe card and access to our exclusive video tutorials to help you master the perfect pour.
